COOKING - What do I do if I can't find recipes for the kind of meat I want to cook in the guided cook options?

You can cook anything you want with your SmartChef smoker, it’s just that we may not have added everything to our guided cook system yet.  But that doesn’t mean you can’t smoke it!  To run your own cook, you'll want to set up a manual cook.
